Delete Your Account

Remove your account and all associated data from ReMyind

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your ReMyind account at any time. This page explains what happens when you delete your account and how to do it.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including quizzes, progress, coins, and battle history, will be permanently removed.

Before You Delete

Please review the following before proceeding:

Cancel Active Subscriptions First

If you have an active subscription (Pro, Premium, or Lifetime), cancel it through your app store before deleting your account. Deleting your ReMyind account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription.

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ReMyind → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ReMyind → Cancel

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: From the App (Recommended)

  1. Open ReMyind on your phone and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile → tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Open Settings → tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  4. Scroll to "Account" section and tap "Delete Account".
  5. Confirm deletion → read the warning, type "DELETE" to confirm, and tap the delete button.
  6. Done. Your account and all data will be removed. You will be signed out immediately.

Option 2: Via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email to support@remyind.app

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Include:

  • The email address associated with your ReMyind account
  • Your display name (for verification)
  • Confirmation that you understand this action is permanent

We will process your request within 3 business days and confirm deletion via email.

After Deletion

  • You will be signed out of the App immediately
  • You will not be able to sign in with the same credentials
  • You may create a new account with the same email address after deletion is complete
  • Your new account will start fresh with no history, progress, or coins
  • If you had an active subscription, remember to cancel it through your app store
