Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Download ReMyind from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your email, select your board (CBSE/ICSE), class, and favourite subjects. You'll be quizzing in under a minute.

Is ReMyind free?

Yes! The free plan gives you 100 coins per month, 5 AI quizzes per day, and access to battles and spaced repetition. Upgrade to Pro or Premium for unlimited quizzes and more coins.

What boards and classes are supported?

ReMyind supports CBSE, ICSE, and state boards from Class 5 through Professional level. Our AI adapts quiz difficulty based on your selected class.

Quizzes & Learning

How does AI quiz generation work?

Share any article, YouTube video, or PDF to ReMyind from any app. Our AI reads the content and generates MCQ questions tailored to your board and class level. You can also type a topic directly.

What is spaced repetition?

Spaced repetition is a scientifically-proven learning technique. ReMyind tracks which questions you get wrong and brings them back at optimal intervals so you remember them long-term.

Are AI-generated quizzes accurate?

Our AI is highly accurate, but like any AI tool, it can occasionally make mistakes. We recommend cross-referencing important information with your textbooks or teachers. You can report inaccurate questions using the flag button on any quiz.

Coins & Subscriptions

What are coins used for?

Coins are used to enter quiz battles, unlock premium content, and access power-ups. You earn coins through daily quizzes, streaks, battle victories, and your subscription's monthly allocation.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ReMyind
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ReMyind

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests for subscriptions must go through Apple or Google, as they process all payments. For unused coin purchases, contact us within 48 hours at support@remyind.app.

I purchased coins but they didn't appear

First, try closing and reopening the app. If coins still don't appear, go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, email us at support@remyind.app with your purchase receipt and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Battles

How do battles work?

Challenge a friend or get matched with another player. Both players answer the same quiz questions in real-time. The player with more correct answers (and faster times) wins the coin stake.

What happens if I lose connection during a battle?

If you disconnect during a battle, the app will try to reconnect. If reconnection fails, the battle is forfeited and coins are returned to both players.

Account & Data

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. See our account deletion page for full details.

Can I transfer my account between devices?

Yes! Just sign in with the same email on your new device. All your quizzes, progress, coins, and subscription status will sync automatically.
